Customise and design your own picture frame for your artwork. We offer a range of different coloured frames and mat boards so you can mix and match to suit your artwork or your home decor.
All frames are custom made in house using Aussie materials.
Our vibrant prints come off a genuine Epson Surecolor P20070 wide format printer using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks and are then carefully hand framed. We don’t cut any corners on quality!
We offer 3 paper types of paper. Please refer to the info page about our fine art paper for more info.
Frame choices
We offer 8 frame colours to chose from. Our two basic frames are available in black or white. They have a smooth glossy texture and are great for budget projects or if a clean simple look is required.
The remaining six frames are beautiful shades of wood for a more sophisticated modern look.
We can custom make a frame for any size artwork up to 150cm x 100cm (Total dimensions of finished piece). The frame width will vary depending on the size of the print. 2cm width for small-medium prints, and 3cm width for larger prints.
Mat board choices
Our mat boards are cut to custom sizes for you to suit your artwork and frame. Depending on the size of the finished piece, the mat board thickness around the image can be anywhere from 1cm in width to 20cm. The inside window of the board will have an angled groove style cut.
Only want a frame and no mat board? No worries that’s completely fine too!

Attention to detail
All our products are made in house by a person, not off a machinery production line in China. Because we cut and make our frames by hand, we are able to cut them to custom sizes, and inspect each one and ensure it is up to standard.
Just because you cant see the back, doesn’t mean we cut any corners there either. We use proper D rings screwed in to the frame. This is far superior to staples, which can come loose over time. We even provide pads at the bottom corners of the frame to stop it rubbing against the wall and leaving marks!

We provide plenty of packaging materials to avoid your order from being damaged in transit. However accidents happen and we understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that is damaged. If there are any problems with your print on arrival, please email us as soon as possible at info@customcanvas.com.au! We want your order to be perfect and are happy to help out in the rare cases that prints sustain damage during shipping.
Due to slight variations in colour display on different monitors and devices we can not guarantee that prints will appear exactly as you see on your screen.
Payment, turnaround time and shipping
We accept paypal or credit card payments at the checkout. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please contact us directly and we would be happy to set this up for you. Please note if you chose to bank transfer, we will start production on your artwork upon receiving payment which might take a few days depending on banks.
All of our prints are made in house when we receive your order. This includes any artwork from our pre made gallery. Please allow up to 21 business days for us to create your order depending on how busy we are. Don’t worry, we will let you know when we have shipped it!
We use standard courier shipping and can ship to anywhere in Australia. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Orders to major cities on the East Coast typically arrive within 5 business days of being dispatched.
