Photo Privacy: Your photos are yours. We never use your custom uploads for our own marketing or share them without your explicit, written permission.
Photo Retention: Uploaded files are retained for 30 days and may be stored for an extended period archived if you proceed with a purchase.
We do not sell personally identifiable information or uploaded images to third parties. We share limited data only with trusted partners necessary to run our business, such as secure payment gateways (WooPayments, PayPal, Afterpay) and delivery partners.

Pricing and Availability
All payments made to Custom Canvas, or displayed on the Custom Canvas website, are in AUD.
Custom Canvas makes significant efforts to ensure website information and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to alter any information or price at any time. If an order is placed for a product with an incorrect price or description, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to pay the corrected price.
Acceptable Website Use
You must not use customcanvas.com.au in any way that is illegal under Australian law or may cause harm to Custom Canvas or its users.
You must not collect or redistribute information or images available on customcanvas.com.au without authorisation. You must not upload or transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, software viruses, or false or misleading information. You must not disrupt or interfere with the security of this website or any other user’s enjoyment of the website.
User-Submitted Content & Image Rights
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the copyright (or have explicit written permission from the copyright holder) and that it complies with applicable laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify Custom Canvas against any legal action, damages, or costs arising from copyright infringement regarding your uploaded files.
You grant Custom Canvas a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and print your uploaded image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Custom Canvas reserves the right to review submitted content and may refuse work on any order containing content that is illegal under Australian law, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. If we cancel your order under this clause, a full refund will be issued.
Image Quality, Colour, and Production
Quality & Resolution: Our website’s automated “Quality Gauge” is a reference tool only. If our manual check flags an image as low-quality, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you or you choose to proceed anyway, the final print quality remains your responsibility.
Screen vs. Print: All digital screens display colours in backlit RGB, while physical prints are reflective and produced in CMYK. Slight colour variations between your screen and the final product are normal industry standards and are not considered a manufacturing fault.
Cropping & Wrapping: For canvas prints, a portion of the image edges will be wrapped around the frame (gallery wrap). Please ensure important details (like faces or text) are kept away from the very edge of your image.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Canvas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
