We can only work with what we are given and too much up sizing will result in pixelation and quality loss. As there is nothing we can do about this we do not offer refunds if you chose to print an insufficient quality image.

Impressive and modern prints directly on to Acrylic using our top of the line UV printer.

Our Acrylic prints are a glossy and modern way to display your images. Since they are frame less they give the appearance of floating on the wall. Our prints come ready to hang with an included backing mount system.

 

Printing process

Printed with an AGFA Eykon UV printer using genuine AGFA industrial UV inks, you can be sure your artwork will not only display gorgeous print accuracy, but will be durable and resilient

We print your artwork directly on to the back of a 4mm sheet of high quality acrylic. UV printing technology ensures that the ink is resistant to fading and displays gorgeous clarity. Since it is printed on the back, the 4mm of Acrylic protects the ink from any fading with a 94% UV resistance rating, as well as giving it a clear gloss appearance.

Backing

We finish our acrylic products with a sheet of black acrylic backing. This ensures that the ink is fully sealed and protected against any fading, scratching or damage. It also reinforces the print, making it more rigid.

Because the backing is black, it will stop light from coming through the back of the print and remove any transparency and enhance the vibrancy of the inks.

Small sized acrylic prints under 30cm come with a stand and a hanger so they can easily be displayed on shelves. Larger sizes will come with a wall mount fixed to the backing to support the additional weight. (Shown below)

Our attention to detail

Because all our orders are handmade on site, we are able to treat them as works of art. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail.

Once the backing is adhered to your acrylic, we use a laser machine to precisely cut the acrylic to size. We then polish the edges to give it a modern crystal look.

Because we use the highest quality inks and acrylic sheets, the artworks are protected against fading and will look gorgeous for over a lifetime indoors!

We provide plenty of packaging materials to avoid your order from being damaged in transit. However accidents happen and we understand how frustrating it is to receive a product that is damaged. If there are any problems with your print on arrival, please email us as soon as possible at info@customcanvas.com.au! We want your order to be perfect and are happy to help out in the rare cases that prints sustain damage during shipping.

Due to slight variations in colour display on different monitors and devices we can not guarantee that prints will appear exactly as you see on your screen.

Payment, turnaround time and shipping

We accept paypal or bank transfer at the checkout. Please note if you chose to bank transfer, we will start production on your artwork upon receiving payment which might take a few days depending on banks. (Most banks are now using Osko payments which are instant)

All of our prints are made in house when we receive your order. This includes any artwork from our pre made gallery. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to create your order depending on how busy we are. Don’t worry, we will let you know when we have shipped it!

We use standard courier shipping and can ship to anywhere in Australia. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Orders to major cities on the East Coast typically arrive within 5 business days of being dispatched.
