Description
Misery Beach is one of those Albany spots where the name doesn’t match the scene. It’s a small, sheltered pocket of bright white sand and clear turquoise water, hemmed in by smooth granite walls that make it feel calm and tucked away compared to the wilder open-coast beaches nearby. It sits inside Torndirrup National Park, about 20 km south of Albany, and it’s easy to access by car with a short walk down to the sand.
