Description
One of the most unreal stargazing spots near Perth! The bright moon cast long shadows off the Pinnacles. The Pinnacles Desert is a surreal field of thousands of limestone spires rising out of yellow sand in Nambung National Park. Its located about 2.5 hours north of Perth near the town of Cervantes. Some pinnacles stand up to around 3.5 metres tall, shaped over time as the surrounding sand and softer material eroded away. There is an endless field of compositions to wander through.
